 It was generally painted across in Buu Saga that Super Saiyan Gotenks would be stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Goku IMO, and after the RoSaT he even surpassed his own Super Saiyan power. That means a pretty substantial gap goes between them, depending on what multipliers you use.

So since the general chain is:
Base Gotenks (Post) > Super Saiyan Gotenks > Super Saiyan 3 Goku > Base Goku (EoZ)

By proxy Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks (Post) would be stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Goku (EoZ) unless your multipliers differentiate a bit.

Or at least that's how I see things, it's probably a little different for you guys.

 even so, that could make it at least 8x difference or 16x.. Post ROSAT Gotenks SSJ could be 4x stronger than SSJ 3 Goku, SSJ 3 Gotenks would then be 16x Goku and that could fit perfectly.. 500x is waayy too much...
And personally, i believe Goku could get 16 times stronger in a 10 year period

Statements and feats imply EoZ Base Goku is only the same level as his SSJ3 Boo Saga at the maximum, since Post Rosat Base Gotenks is above Boo Saga SSJ3 Goku. he'd be above EoZ Goku.

How much stronger you have Gotenks over Goku is completely subjective to your multipliers,it's different for everyone.

EoZ Goku: 210,000,000,000
SSJ: 840,000,000,000
SSJ2: 2,100,000,000,000
SSJ3: 7,350,000,000,000

Gotenks (Pre): 80,000,000,000
SSJ: 400,000,000,000

Gotenks (Post): 560,000,000,000
SSJ: 2,800,000,000,000
SSJ2: 8,400,000,000,000

You may find it hard to believe, but one look in the Boo saga with either the manga or Herms' translations will show you Base Gotenks (Post) blows SSJ3 Goku (Boo saga) out of the water.
